Zhigang Yi, Ph.D.
Visiting Postdoctoral Associate
Dr. Yi obtained his Ph.D. from Shanghai Medical College, Fudan University in 2006 and then became a faculty and research fellow in the Laboratory of Molecular Virology, Shanghai Medical College, Fudan University. During his Ph.D. program, Dr. Yi identified host factors involved in the HCV replication complex by using proteomic strategies as well as molecular virology. Since joining the Center for the Study of Hepatitis C in 2009, Dr. Yi has been studying anti-viral host factors against Sindbis and yellow fever viruses.
