LABORATORY OF VIROLOGY AND INFECTIOUS DISEASE

Ms. Pecoraro received her B.A. in Chemistry from the University of San Diego and her Masters of Music in Viola Performance from San Diego State University. She worked at the Torrey Pines Institute for Molecular Studies in San Diego, first as a chemistry Research Technician and subsequently as Manager of Sponsored Research and Intellectual Property. Since joining the Center for the Study of Hepatitis C in 2005, she has managed all the financial and grants administrative aspects of the laboratory. She also continues her career as a professional violist, performing with numerous professional orchestras including the Chamber Orchestra of New York, Bronx Opera Orchestra, and Adelphi University Symphony.
