Brenna Flatley, M.Res.
Research Associate
Brenna received her B.S. in Biology and Environmental Studies from Fordham University, NY in 2005. During this time, she worked at the New York Botanical Garden and WFUV radio. In 2006, she relocated to Scotland to study Biomedical Research at the University of Glasgow and obtained her Master's degree. After some travelling, she worked as a research assistant on various models of inflammatory disease at MDBiosciences Glasgow. Then she joined Dr. John McLauchlan's group at the Medical Research Council in Glasgow (now the CVR) as a research assistant studying mechanisms of HCV RNA replication and imaging of viral replication sites. Brenna joined the Center for the Study of Hepatitis C in January 2011 as a Research Assistant in the Cell culture facility.
